Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene Considerations
Because our products are designed for memorial and cremation use, many items are not eligible for return once they have come into contact with ashes or been customized with engraving. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [X] days with photos so we can make it right.
